Dena Crain's Darned Quilts

Here is a photo of the quilt I made in Dena Crain's class at Quilt University. It's a humble offering compared to what is possible. I was blown away by the fabulous quilts in Dena's Gallery on her website, especially this one. I continue to be amazed by the creativity of everyone, although by now I should just know that the "creativity explosion" is as real as the "technology explosion." LIFE expressing Life. xoxox

Marie - you have become an art genius! Is this truly a quilt which you quilted? By machine? By hand? Where did you get the design? Is it original? Amazing!

I like it better than the Kathy Edwards one on Dena Crain's blog. My name used to be....oh well, you know...

Wow! I like the colors and how the circles play with the lines going through them. I hope I can see it in person sometime.

Marie - I took that picture at the top of the Bonneville Shoreline this weekend. I cropped it and added it as background to my blog header. We should get together and play 'blog' one of these days.

Yes, the grandchildren are a total joy as I'm sure yours are.
